I guess eventually, cashtravel will lose its Paypal account too. But at least they still have their last payment option after that, which is perfectmoney. I hope that perfectmoney has some easy way to verify it, like needing only an SSS ID and a birth certificate combined instead of only accepting a passport, national ID, or driver's license.
