Comparing it to payment processors like Skrill, I miss Payza.

It's mainly because it was possible to store up to 5000 dollars in an unverified Payza account with no issues. They didn't close your account just because it stayed unverified. Verification was only necessary after reaching that 5000 dollars in transactions.

They also did not require a national ID, driver's license, or passport for verification. All they required was a government ID with a photo, name, and date of birth. I think my SSS ID would have worked with them.
