I boiled an egg this morning. It was great. I also had cereal and some fruit juice.

I was able to stop myself from buying Mcdonald's yesterday and it was great. I can actually feel my mood improving as a result. I can feel myself ending up thinner, even if just slightly, after skipping Mcdonald's for even just one day.

Another thing I would like to end up doing is removing cereal from my diet completely. It's mostly sugar and wheat with little nutrition. There are also usually GMOs in the mix. I think I will probably be fine with just drinking the milk alone.

I still have around 1 potato left to fry with. I have to cook that raw potato soon because it's sliced already and might turn dark in the ref.

Due to rinsing my mouth with water after every meal and just swallowing that water, I'm increasing my water intake, which is nice. It helps me feel better.
