I wouldn't really advise anyone to buy advertising on paid to click sites. Most of the things advertised on these sites are other paid to click sites, and there are usually only a few hundred people clicking, only people who want to get money from the sites. Given that people are only clicking there to get money, I doubt you would get a large number of referrals that way.

As mentioned, paid to click sites only advertise other paid to click sites, and those paid to click sites also advertise paid to click sites. It's an industry that lives in a bubble with itself, and therefore it's not a sustainable business model. It makes sense that 95 percent of paid to click sites don't last for more than a year.
