I think the Co-deo website will close soon. They haven't had any surveys or polls available for a long time now plus their reward has been unable to claim for many, many months now.
It looks like coin-farm.net is online again. I don't really expect to get referrals there anymore. I don't really like to promote that site much since you have to have paying referrals to withdraw anything there and the people you refer might think they got a raw deal.
